1. A Reimagined Coaching Dashboard: Instant Clarity
Your dashboard has been rebuilt from the ground up. Instead of burying you in endless lists and repetitive controls, the new layout gives you an executive snapshot of your game in seconds:

Streamlined Category Health: A clean visual breakdown tracking your progress across Bidding, Declarer Play, and Defense.
Progressive Disclosure Tabs:
Focus Areas: Houses your top priorities alongside active goals and your coach's narrative summary.
Convention Registry: Browse recommended partnership conventions in a clean list. Selecting any convention opens a side drawer with its rule, impact, and example hands without leaving your page.
Trends & History: Visualises your session history while filtering out quiet sessions so you only focus on boards with meaningful takeaways.
2. Upgraded Engine: Advanced Declarer & Defensive Intelligence
We have significantly expanded the coaching engine's evaluation capabilities. Crucially, the engine never cheats or uses double-dummy hindsight - it evaluates hands strictly using the evidence available at the table:
Declarer Timing & Entry Keys: Spotting unblocking plays, entry preservation, safety lines against bad splits, and ducking to keep danger hands off the lead.
Defensive Counting & Inferences: By Trick 3, the engine reconstructs declarer’s shape and high-card range from the auction and opening lead, giving you actionable tactical advice ("Shift to Spades now to cut off dummy's entry" or "Cash active winners before declarer discards losers").
3. Post-Session "Hero Board" Highlights
After you link a completed session from your local club, Bridge Coach analyses every hand and isolates the single board with the highest educational value.
Keep an eye on your inbox shortly after play for a brief, curiosity-driven breakdown of your session's Hero Board - highlighting the contract, the matchpoint swing, and the core concept (Entry Key, Safety Line, Danger Hand, or Lead Decision) with a direct link straight to the interactive board review.
